We pulled over

Our Rover, hissing and groaning

One more hour to Camp.

All four of us

Done in and yearning

For food, sleep.

But this scene.

This Lake.

This serenity.

Almost as if 

A Big Voice were saying.

Stop. Peace. Yours.

Children.

Just a little Something.
